Sufae.com General Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards Distributed by Sufae.com and Online Promotional Terms.
We recommend that you read them carefully before using a gift card or making a promotional purchase. If you do not agree to these terms, do not make a purchase.
From time to time, Sufae.com may offer promotions or special offers related to the purchase of retailer gift cards. The terms and conditions applicable to each promotion will be posted on the Websites near the description of such promotion.
The expiration date of a retail gift card is displayed on the gift card or on the back of the gift card in your digital wallet. Please refer to the expiration date to ensure you redeem your gift card within the allotted validity period.
Unless otherwise specified by the applicable retailer, retailer gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
Each Gift Card purchased by you will be listed as a separate Gift Card. If you purchase two Gift Cards from the same retailer, your Wallet will contain two Gift Cards.
Sufae.com is not responsible for any loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of a gift card. Sufae.com is not responsible if a gift card is rendered unfit for redemption through no fault of Sufae.com. If you have lost or misplaced your gift card and the balance has not been spent or changed from the original amount, please email us at info@sufae.com and we will send you a replacement card provided that the lost or misplaced gift card is registered with Sufae.com and we can confirm the remaining balance used.
You may exchange the monetary value stored on Sufae.com Gift Cards for retailer gift cards available on the Websites for the same monetary amount. If you wish to purchase a merchant gift card for a higher monetary value than your Sufae.com Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance to Sufae.com to complete your purchase at checkout.
If you purchase multiple Sufae.com gift cards on the same day, the total amount you load onto all cards cannot exceed €500.
There are no fees associated with the Sufae.com gift card in digital format, but if you decide to purchase a gift card in physical format, you will have to pay an issuance fee of €4.95.
Sufae.com Gift Cards have a 36-month expiration date, allowing users to redeem the gift cards from the retailer of their choice. Once the new retailer gift card(s) has/have been selected, new expiration dates will be set and the terms and conditions will apply to the selected retailer gift cards. Sufae.com Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be issued for Sufae.com Gift Cards (unless required by law).
By using the Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must deliver these terms to the user of the Card if it is not you. The Card remains our property.
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information, including a valid email address, mobile phone number, etc. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of the information you submit through “My Account/Profile” and your account credentials, and to restrict access to your device to prevent the transfer of your account information to other users. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under “My Account/Profile” or your account credentials. You may not use another person’s account without their permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, remove or edit content you submit to the Site, or if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account.
All names, titles, logos and designs appearing on Sufae websites or on Sufae and identifying our products and brands, including all derivative and related characters, titles, logos and designs, are registered trademarks and the sole and exclusive property of the Sufae Group. All other names, titles, logos and designs appearing on our platforms are the property of their respective owners.
Use of any trademark appearing on Sufae websites without the express written consent of the trademark owner is strictly prohibited.
Sufae websites also contain copyrighted materials, trademarks and other proprietary information, including but not limited to text, photographs, graphics, images, illustrations, audio and video files, and the entire content of the platforms. These materials are protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation under the GCC laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. Any unauthorized use or reproduction of copyrighted materials or trademarks on our platforms is strictly prohibited.
You may only use our websites for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms and conditions. You may not use our platforms in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair our servers or networks, or interfere with any other user's access to our platforms. You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our platforms or any accounts, servers, or networks connected to our platforms. These terms and conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the GCC countries. The French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions.

We cannot prevent minors from accessing or using our Services. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any order from a customer in our sole discretion.
The prices and availability of products on Sufae websites are subject to change. If there are any errors, we will correct them as soon as they are discovered. Despite our best efforts, it is possible that some products may be listed at incorrect prices. We will usually verify prices before dispatching the product, and if the correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount. If the correct price is higher than the price stated on our website, we will either contact you for further instructions or reject your order and notify you of this. We are under no obligation to supply products at an incorrect lower price, even after we have sent you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and could have been recognised by you.
If you place an order for a product that is subsequently unavailable, we may cancel your order without penalty. We cannot guarantee the availability of products and recognize that products may sell out quickly. If you receive a shipping confirmation for an unavailable product, we may cancel our acceptance and your order without penalty.
Pre-orders: When a product is available for pre-order, we will provide our best estimate of the expected availability date. We will do our best to meet this availability date. However, production and shipping schedules may change and we will adjust the date accordingly. Please note that payment for all pre-order items will be processed immediately after your order is placed.
Bulk or multiple purchases: We reserve the right to reject orders that we suspect involve bulk purchases or multiple units of the same product, at our discretion.
By placing an order, you authorize us or our third-party payment service provider to process your payment for the full amount of your order. For certain transactions, you may be required to provide us with photo identification and proof of address, as well as an image of the card used to make the payment.
To process payments, we may need to create an account for you with our third-party payment processors, which may involve agreeing to their terms and conditions and providing them with your information on your behalf. By placing an order, you consent to us creating such an account and agree that we will not be liable for any damages or losses you may incur.
The digital code (PIN) is immediately accessible after successfully placing an order for all product titles ending with “Instant Delivery”.
In order to prevent fraudulent transactions, we have set a daily limit on the order amount. If your order value exceeds the daily limit, we will review your payment and manually generate the code within one business day.
We guarantee that the PIN you receive will match the description and be in working order. If you receive a product that does not match the description, contact us within 24 hours. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges for digital products. Please note that we only issue the PIN for payments made with 3-D Secure credit and debit cards. If the payment is not 3-D Secure, we will review your payment and issue the PIN manually within one business day.
