From time to time, Sufae.com may offer promotions or special offers related to the purchase of retailer gift cards. The terms and conditions applicable to each promotion will be posted on the Websites near the description of such promotion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The expiration date of a retail gift card is displayed on the gift card or on the back of the gift card in your digital wallet. Please refer to the expiration date to ensure you redeem your gift card within the allotted validity period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Unless otherwise specified by the applicable retailer, retailer gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Each Gift Card purchased by you will be listed as a separate Gift Card. If you purchase two Gift Cards from the same retailer, your Wallet will contain two Gift Cards.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sufae.com is not responsible for any loss, theft, destruction or unauthorized use of a gift card. Sufae.com is not responsible if a gift card is rendered unfit for redemption through no fault of Sufae.com. If you have lost or misplaced your gift card and the balance has not been spent or changed from the original amount, please email us at info@sufae.com and we will send you a replacement card provided that the lost or misplaced gift card is registered with Sufae.com and we can confirm the remaining balance used.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You may exchange the monetary value stored on Sufae.com Gift Cards for retailer gift cards available on the Websites for the same monetary amount. If you wish to purchase a merchant gift card for a higher monetary value than your Sufae.com Gift Card, you will need to pay the balance to Sufae.com to complete your purchase at checkout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
If you purchase multiple Sufae.com gift cards on the same day, the total amount you load onto all cards cannot exceed \u20ac500.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
There are no fees associated with the Sufae.com gift card in digital format, but if you decide to purchase a gift card in physical format, you will have to pay an issuance fee of \u20ac4.95.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Sufae.com Gift Cards have a 36-month expiration date, allowing users to redeem the gift cards from the retailer of their choice. Once the new retailer gift card(s) has\/have been selected, new expiration dates will be set and the terms and conditions will apply to the selected retailer gift cards. Sufae.com Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash and no refunds will be issued for Sufae.com Gift Cards (unless required by law).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
By using the Card, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. You must deliver these terms to the user of the Card if it is not you. The Card remains our property.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To use certain features of the Services, you may be required to create an account and provide certain information, including a valid email address, mobile phone number, etc. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information and to maintain the confidentiality of the information you submit through \u201cMy Account\/Profile\u201d and your account credentials, and to restrict access to your device to prevent the transfer of your account information to other users.
